Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and must ensure they do not disturb other guests;

Check-In Information
From December 4, 2024, a new Italian regulation requires in-person identity verification at check-in. Guests must provide an estimated arrival time (between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM). Late arrivals after 6:30 PM may incur extra charges. Check-ins after 10:00 PM are not accepted.
Please be patient with any technical or service delays, due to the remote location of the Cinque Terre National Park. Also note: heating is legally prohibited from April 1st to November 8th.
