Discover the charm of rural Mallorca in this beautiful holiday home located on the outskirts of ArtĂ . Surrounded by nature, with a large private pool and capacity for 6 people, it is the perfect place to unwind.
Outside, you will find a large garden area with a well-kept lawn and a refreshing 10 x 4 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of up to 1.70 metres. You can lie back on the sun loungers and sunbathe after a swim. The terrace offers several outdoor spaces in which to relax, including a porch with a built-in barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meals to enjoy with your companions under the stars.
Inside, on a single floor, there is a spacious living room equipped with a large sofa for relaxing and watching films on the Smart TV under the air conditioning. The living room has an integrated dining area where you can all enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped ceramic hob kitchen. When it's time to sleep, there are a total of three bedrooms. One of them has two single beds and the other two have a double bed. One of these has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Another bathroom with a bathtub serves the rest of the house. All bedrooms have access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a good breakfast with mountain views. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
ArtĂ , one of Mallorca's most characterful villages, combines history, nature and authenticity. Just a few minutes' drive away, you can stroll through its cobbled streets, visit its traditional market and explore its stunning natural surroundings. You will also have easy access to idyllic beaches such as Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana and the spectacular Costa dels Pins. Ideal for those seeking an authentic island experience.
