Charming studio retreat in the Oxfordshire countryside, set within the gated grounds of a Georgian Manor House opposite the village church, with shared garden space and easy access to Oxford, the Cotswolds and the Chiltern Hills.. 1 step to entrance.

Front garden with sitting out area, garden furniture, (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Coach House Flat 1 offers a peaceful countryside retreat in the heart of Oxfordshire. This first-floor studio flat is one of two situated within the ownersâ gated grounds, directly opposite the village church in the charming village of Tetsworth.
The studio features an open-plan layout with a combined bedroom, living, and dining area leading through to a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can also enjoy a shared garden space with outdoor seating and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing in the warmer months.
Tetsworth is a traditional Oxfordshire village with a welcoming local pub and beautiful walking and cycling routes right from the doorstep. Just a short drive away is the historic market town of Thame, known for its weekly market, independent shops, cafes, and local eateries. The nearby Oxfordshire countryside provides plenty of opportunities for country walks, with the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close by for more scenic adventures.
For those keen to explore further afield, the world-famous city of Oxford is around 30 minutes by car and offers an abundance of cultural and historical attractions, including the Ashmolean Museum, the Bodleian Library, and the iconic university buildings. Bicester Village, a designer shopping outlet, is also within easy reach and perfect for a day of retail therapy.
