Property Details:

This 29-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, mini fridge, drip coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware, dishes, and utensils. A washing machine and drying rack are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



The street-facing bedroom has a double bed with a high-quality mattress. Fresh linens, duvets, pillows, and bath towels are provided. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and is stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper to get you started.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 3 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Iconic landmarks like the Pompidou Center, the Louvre, and the elegant Palais Royal with its hidden gardens are all within walking distance. With nearby access to Metro lines 8 and 9 at Grands Boulevards, getting around the city is easy - from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre, the Champs-Élysées, and beyond. Les Halles station is just a 5-minute walk, offering fast connections to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
