Positioned on the water's edge, with it's own private jetty for access to the water, this is a property that won't disappoint those looking for a luxury self-catering holiday in Dorset. With 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 adults, three ensuites and a family bathroom, there is plenty of space for everyone. Families and friends can gather together in the expansive open plan kitchen/living/dining room and take in the incredible views over the lake through a wall of glass doors. Or you can enjoy the outdoors on the deck or garden, lazing on the comfortable garden furniture or alfresco cooking on the BBQ. Please see the accommodation section for more detailed information.

The property has parking for 2 cars, EV charging and a large enclosed garden. Pets are welcome at this property, but allowed on the ground floor only please.



Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing. For more information, please reach out to a member of the Habitat Escapes team. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.
Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.

Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.

1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

A level walkway to the front door leads you to an entrance hall with double doors to the spacious kitchen/living/dining room with stunning views to the garden and lake beyond.

The kitchen boasts all mod cons including an extra large double door fridge with freezer drawers below, Siemens appliances including an oven, combi oven and warming drawer plus a large induction hob and integral dishwasher. There is a stunning contemporary dining table and luxury upholstered chairs for 10 guests as well as a breakfast bar area that seats four.

The living area has a sumptious large corner sofa that can seat 6-8 people, a flat screen TV and a wood burner for cosy nights in.

Also on the ground floor is a handy utility with access out to the side of the house. The utility includes a sink and separate washer and dryer as well as a cloakroom off with a shower. Ideal for dealing with sandy dogs or children returning from the beach.

The first floor boasts a superking bedroom with TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with his and hers basins and a second king bedroom with ensuite. Both rooms have large patio doors with views over the lake and access to a full length balcony.

The second floor offers two further twin bedrooms with views to the rear over the garden and lake, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. A further double bedroom with ensuite and built in wardrobe is on this floor. All bedrooms are equipped with remote control ceiling fans.

The expansive exterior of the property offers a range of comfortable outdoor furniture including dining set, easy chairs and sun loungers as well as a gas BBQ. From the large garden guests can access the lake directly using the private jetty.

There is private parking for two cars and an EV charger for guests' use.

Please note that while dogs are allowed at this property, they are allowed on the ground floor only.
