Robin's Retreat is a high end 4 bedroom property at Silverlake that sleeps up to 10 guests and offers all manner of luxuries including a hot tub, lake access, outdoor kitchen, and games room.
Robin's Retreat Silverlake is a stunning new property offering the ultimate in luxury furnishings and contemporary design. With it's own private jetty providing direct lake access, combined with stunning views over the water and sleeping up to 10 people, this Dorset home offers discerning guests of all ages, whether families, multi generational gatherings or groups of friends, an unforgettable self catering holiday experience.
The property sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) in 4 bedrooms comprising three king rooms and one bunk room with 4 full size and solidly constructed upholstered bunk beds.
The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room, complete with a wine fridge and bar area, offers breath-taking views over the grassed garden to the private jetty and lake, while outside on the deck is a full outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, Egg BBQ and a 6 person hot tub. To the side of the property is a separate games room with sofa, TV, arcade games machine and pool table.... everything guests could want for the perfect luxury getaway.
As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.
Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.
Nestled in the heart of rural Dorset, Silverlake is just 2.5 hours from London and 10 minutes from the coast. Our luxury lakeside holidays are the perfect getaway for a family escape, romantic break, dash from the city or group get-together.
Expect award-winning architecture, tranquil lakes, acres of rolling countryside and endless activities ensuring you return home refreshed and revived.
Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have a heated infinity pool, a stunning private spa, a roof bar, watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.
Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

A boot room/utility with separate washing machine and tumble drier is also on the ground floor.
The kitchen offers all mod cons with quartz worksurfaces and high quality Siemens appliances including a full height fridge, under counter freezer, a combi oven and a full oven. A breakfast bar area offers seating for up to 4 guests.
The living area includes luxury comfortable seating for up to 8 guests, while the dining area seats up to 10 people and there is a separate wine fridge and bar area that is ideal for entertaining.
Upstairs are three bedrooms - one super-king, one king and a bunk room with four full size bunk beds.
The master bedroom, overlooking the lake to the rear, offers a super king zip and link bed that can be divided into twin beds if required (please request on booking), an ensuite shower room and a balcony with a bistro table and chairs that is accessed via sliding doors.
A second bedroom has a king size zip and link bed that can be divided into twin beds (please request at time of booking), an ensuite shower room and a juliette balcony.
The third bedroom has two sets of high quality upholstered full size single bunk beds sleeping up to four guests (we recommend only children in top bunks) and there is also a separate family bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside to the rear is a decked area and grassed gardens leading to the private jetty and lake. On the large deck is a full outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and Egg charcoal BBQ, luxury seating and dining furniture and a 6 person hot tub. To the side of Robin's Retreat Silverlake is a self contained games room complete with sofa, TV, arcade games machine and a pool table.
Access to the activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack and Tipi hut offering pizza and burgers during peak season.
