Med 2 master sviter, ett drottning sovrum och ett rum med en uppsÀttning vÄningssÀngar med en rulla, det Àr perfekt för flera familjer. Huvudbyggnaden innehÄller ocksÄ 2 bredbilds-tv och ett Xbox-spel system. On the Lake

Very cozy outdoor and indoor social areas. Lots of things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting.

Relaxing house on the lake

This house had plenty of room for 3 couples to sleep & relax. The view from the patio was so peaceful.We enjoyed watching the geese in the lake. We enjoyed the sun room that had 2 couches set up for conversations. While needing some updates, it did not distract from our wonderful stay The location was near Garvan Gardens & downtown. We look forward to future stays.

Would stay again

5 couples on vacation. House was plenty large enough to accommodate all of us easily. View from the house and boat dock was impressive. There were a couple broken light fixtures and other little things wrong when we arrived but overall everyone was extremely happy with the house.

The house was huge!! I carpet was stinky and smelled. The sunroom smelled moldy. Not enough washcloths for all guest. Need a firepit bad. Over all the house was nice and fit my huge family and still had room.

Nice stay!

The home was nice for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the deck, swimming area and boat dock. We had plenty areas for our large family. Although there were a number of issues - very loud squeaky dryer, ice maker not functioning, leaking toilet, broken banister railing around deck with a very steep drop off. Hard wood floors and tiled areas were not clean. If these issues were fixed i would rent this home again but not sure I would with so many things that need attention.

Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet, Ideal

We have had our family (all 15) to Lake Hamilton for a week annually for four years, and this house has been the best combination of roominess, comfort, lake access, off dock swimming and boat slips we have yet to encounter. We like it so well, it is the first house we have re-booked for another year. Plenty of space for the youngsters to spread out and plenty of things to do. The kayaks were a bonus. The ping-pong, foosball and xbox were also a benefit. The water off the dock is only about 5 feet in the summer, but plenty adequate for swimming, and had a great time doing so. The location is toward the end of a cove, so there is almost no boat traffic, yet you are 500 yards from deeper water to begin skiing or tubing, or having access to the rest of the lake for fishing etc. The deck area is large and easily accommodated our group. Everything worked and beds were comfortable. The local property manager was readily available and very helpful. Looking forward to next year.

The location, cleanliness,parking, kitchen and everything else was great. We went as a family of 16 ranging in age from 7 to 62. Everyone had something to do and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend it .

This was the PERFECT place for a family 40th birthday celebration. The separate cottage was amazing and the foosball / ping pong kept the teens busy. Everyone had enough space. The kitchen had everything you needed - including crock pots! The outdoor space was so shady and comfortable. The dock was perfect for fishing. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in Hot Springs! We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a family getaway.

Great home for multi family getaway. We cooked for our large group and found everything that was needed to prepare our meals. The cove was nice as well to swim right off the dock. Truly enjoyed our family time!

Loved staying on the lake and plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house just needs a handyman to spend a day fixing a lot of little things. I reported the issues to the owner and he was unaware of them but hopefully issues will get fixed. Otherwise close to many activities. Needs new carpet as well.

Perfect large lake house

This place was perfect for a large family get together. The cottage was great for the kids. The main house had large living room for everyone to visit. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great getaway!

Comfortable beds, relaxing screened in porch. This place gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors from the porch out of the sun and you can still monitor the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood. We brought our bikes but unfortunately the hills were too steep for us to ride. Jason was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We had 6 kids ages 12-18 and they had a blast. We even took them thrift shopping and they loved it! Plenty antique and thrift shops around within 5 miles

48th Anniversary

This was a perfect place for us! The cottage was perfect for the six granddaughters and the 3 grandsons slept in the bedroom with the bunk beds in the big house. We all had plenty of space and had a wonderful time!
