Just a short drive from the property are the bustling seaside towns of Shanklin and Sandown, providing miles of glorious sandy beaches and entertainment for the whole family.

Across the hall is the family bathroom with a rainfall shower over bath, wc, heated towel rail and hand basin.
Perfect for families or friends, the twin bedroom has beds that can be combined into a super king (on request at least 7 days prior to arrival), this room has ample storage including bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Parking under ground for 1 car, access to the main building can be via a lift.
EV charging is available at an additional charge of ÂŁ40.

PLEASE NOTE:
A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of ÂŁ150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is electric car charger on site available at an additional charge of ÂŁ40 in advance of arrival. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest will be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival. A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
