A convenient twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, perfect for guests needing easy access, with a separate shower room nearby. Upstairs, two beautifully designed king-size bedrooms each feature private en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms come with ample storage, blackout blinds, and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
OUTDOOR TERRACES AND JACUZZI HOT TUB

ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs to enter the property but there are two staircase from lounge to bedrooms, and stairs leading out to the sun terrace
Parking is on the street, directly outside the house, free of charge and plentiful.

1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check-in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times). Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to welcome guests on arrival.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
⹠SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
