Coach House 2BR Exec Apt Courtyard
Modern build two bed apartment located in the quiet village of Great Gonerby with great access to the A1 and all major local routes.
The two bedrooms are located either side of the Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well as a toilet, a sink and a heated towel rail.
Once you ascend the stairs you arrive at the living area which consists of a lounge and kitchen dining space. The fully fitted kitchen has an integral oven, grill and hob with a large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster as we prefer to give you all the comforts of home when visiting the area.
There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and the living area is open plan with a lounge and kitchen. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill set up between the two bedrooms. All the home from home comforts are provided, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a 4k smart TV in the lounge together with smart TV's in the bedrooms for streaming.
There are two alcoves by the windows with seating allowing you to dine or work.
