Eagle's Nest Àr en helt ny specialbyggd semesteruthyrning som precis öppnades i oktober 2017. Det Àr nÀra vÄr Tree Top, Fish Trap och Green Castle-stugor och, liksom dem, Àr ocksÄ floden framför, sitter högt upp över floden med ett omrÄde att gÄ ner till flodkanten. Det Àr en del av en 18 tunnland "fiskfÀlla" plats som anvÀndes av forntida amerikanska indier för hundratals Är sedan.

Eagle's Nest Àr en stor vacker fastighet med en modern vacker exteriör och interiör. TrÀgolv, rostfria apparater, plattskÀrms-TV - allt Àr nytt, lyxigt och vÀntar pÄ din personliga njutning. Bilderna fÄngar en del av skönheten, modern design, naturen och öppna ytor. Ta en titt pÄ dessa och dricka allt i det!

NÄgot vi Àr extra stolta över - Eagle's Nest byggdes med funktionshindrade personer i Ätanke. FrÄn den frÀmre bÄgen till de bredare dörrarna och duschar / handfat med lÄg ingÄng gjorde vi vÄrt bÀsta för att rymma rullstolar. Huset kanske inte Àr perfekt för alla funktionshindrade - frÄga oss om det om du inte Àr sÀker - men det ansÄgs starkt före tiden och införlivades i designen.

NÀr det gÀller storlek kan Eagle's Nest passa större grupper om 10 men skulle ocksÄ fungera för ett par eller en liten familj. Det finns tre (3) sovrum och tvÄ (2) badrum. Nice Cabin

First of all, I booked the wrong week and after I realized the mistake I called the rental service and they were super accommodating & adjusted to the correct week. The cabin itself is pretty nice / overlooking the river however, it is not super clear from the listing how far away from the river it is (its about a 5 story staircase) and access to the river is not a place that is enjoyable to hangout but there is direct river access (with canoes!).The cabin itself is clean but the furniture is a bit old and bathroom mats leave something to be desired. Overall however it is pretty clean and it has all the things you need to cook dinner and enjoy your stay.Solid listing albeit a tad overpriced (if I were to book again, I would have booked the cabin directly on the river). Comms and host were mega easy to deal with / which gets a gold star.

Terrific, Quiet Retreat

We were only in town for a couple days for a wedding, and this cabin was the perfect setup for us. We traveled with an older relative who was easily able to get in and out of the cabin and really appreciated having everything on the first floor. Everything was very comfortable, the cabin was extremely clean, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with family and friends of all ages, as it seemed there was plenty to keep kids entertained, too.

Nice view, not so clean

Hot tub was not cleaned before our stay, smelled like mildew and had chunks of dirt at the bottom. Loads of cobwebs on outdoor chairs, table, etc. Bed linens and towels also smelled.

Quiet, spacious cabin

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, cabin weekend getaway with our dog. This cabin delivered. Great overlook of the river which you can hear from the deck and when your windows are open. Great spacious, well-stocked kitchen and the wall of windows facing the river let in a ton of natural light. Our favorite activity was bird watching with our binoculars on the back deck with our morning coffee. Super relaxing, quiet weekend. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful area of Virginia. Great amenities, very responsive hosts, and overall a wonderful time. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Peaceful Holiday Getaway

We felt so relaxed staying at Eagle’s Nest Cabin. Highlights were the soothing sounds of the river; the lovely views; and the clean accommodations that had everything we needed. This location was a convenient starting point for Luray and other caverns and Shenandoah NP. We also enjoyed just staying in and enjoying the peace and quiet all around us. We would definitely stay here again!

Annual moms trip perfection

Perfect quiet get away for 7 friends looking to reconnect. The water was beautiful and we loved being able to set up our large tube for an anchored float right off the launch. Sat in the screened in porch and watched a storm blow over then soaked in the hot tub. Overall just a perfect trip.

Great fishing base camp

We spent the weekend celebrating my brother's 50th birthday. We used the cabin as our base camp and fished a few miles up the river. Plenty of fish were caught and a good time was had. The fishing right below the cabin was pretty good as well. The cabin was perfect and provided everything we needed.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

I stayed at Eagles Nest for the weekend with my family (5 people) and we had such an amazing time. The property was absolutely beautiful, cozy, quiet, and private with great amenities such as canoes for us to use, a hot tub, grill, fire pit (with fire wood included), a screened in porch, deck, access to the river for boating and fishing, and so much more. The property was clean and spacious and felt cabin-like with the wildlife decor inside which I loved and had gorgeous views of the Shenandoah river. We had such a great time and didn't want to leave! We will definitely be visiting again!

Incredible views and an incredible house

Honestly everything about Eagle's Nest was amazing. We have been coming down to the Shenandoah Valley since 2005 and this is by far one of the best houses that we have stayed in. The house/linens were clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the views were mesmerizing. The entire property and surrounding houses within the community all look very well cared for. Communication with owner/management was very easy and timely. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for opening your home to us.

A wonderful property for family of 8 to spend Christmas holidays.

Our family of 8 adults, 1 teenager and 2 small dogs spent 3 nights after Christmas at Eagle's Nest. It is our family tradition. We have been renting cabins in Luray around Christmas for 20+ years. We always choose a different cabin, having only stayed in the same cabin one time, until now. We will definitely be booking Eagle's Nest again. We had an amazing time! The cabin has incredible views from all rooms! It was very clean. Everything worked properly. We did not have to reach out to the owners or house manager for anything. We had plenty of room. It was nice that the hot tub was under cover so that we could still enjoy it while raining. The deck with the river and mountains (in the distance) behind was great for family photos. Our only complaint was that we had to leave.

Wonderful Cabin

This was our 5th straight year renting Eagles Nest. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. It offers gorgeous views and a serene setting. We’ll be back next year for sure.

One of my family and I best experience we had as a family staying at Eagle’s Nest property. This cabin was so cozy! Everything was clean and well organized.A lot of little surprises games boards,river view ,dog friendly ,canoe to ride and surrounded by woods love it all nature .My kids loved getting on the hot tub wish we had stay longer then just the weekend will be back it was absolutely beautiful and will recommend freely. (Thank you so much Eagle’s Nest 🩅.)

Perfect Peaceful Retreat

Eagle’s Nest was everything it claimed to be: a lovely, well-built and beautifully maintained home. It was outfitted with everything you need to enjoy the Shenandoah River and surrounding areas. Ample good quality linens, towels and activities were also provided. We highly recommend staying here. There are six properties on the site, but they are well spaced so it’s easy to feel you’re on your own. If you have trouble with stairs, however, you’ll want to select one of the lower properties. Ours shared a very steep staircase to the water front that we didn’t mind because of the beautiful views we had, but this could be a deterrent for others. It was great having the canoes on site for our daily river explorations. Make sure you visit the nearby Luray Caverns!

Wonderful cabin

This is the 2nd time we rented Eagles Nest this year. We went in the summer and enjoyed the river and this time I’m the fall to enjoy the foliage. The cabin is clean and modern. It has everything you need. In my opinion it’s a little under priced. We’ll be back at least once if not twice next year.
