Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.
Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host.
This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation). In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 KÄ per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
