The studio is distributed in:
* Dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels and some French, German channels, etc.). Ceiling fan.
* Equipped kitchen (microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster...).
* Bathroom with shower.
* Terrace with tables and chairs.
* Private parking.
* Direct access to the beach.
* It has a shared common area with washing machine and iron.
Located in the zone Almadraba's beach (accessible with bus from June to September and by foot through the 'CamĂ de Ronda'), where you will find restaurants and its large sandy beach.
At 4,1km there's Roses center, with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and touristic interest spots.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalà Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties.
