Summary:
This exceptional detached family home spans approximately 4,390 square foot across three levels. Set behind a gated entrance with driveway parking, this house is a wonderfully elegant and private setting for families to stay in a peaceful neighbourhood. This stunning home is perfectly located, all just moments from the iconic All England Club. Expansive gardens, a variety of outdoor seating areas and a large swimming pool are high-end standouts of this property.

The Space:
From nearly every room in the house, French doors and large sash or steel-framed windows frame the lush garden view and fill the home with natural light. As you enter the home, a large, tall hallway leads to a bright, formal, and spacious drawing room to the right. The kitchen/dining room sits at the heart of the house, with ample space for entertaining and relaxing with your family. There is an additional beautiful sitting room that follows after the kitchen, as an open-plan layout. The space flows beautifully, and each room on this ground floor is filled with natural light by the doors and skylight windows.

A spacious master bedroom is located on the ground floor, complemented with a sofa and a generous en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two well-appointed studies or offices (also on the ground floor), perfect for excellent work-from-home options and extra space. A utility/boot room and a W/C complete the ground floor layout.

On the first floor, there are three generously sized double bedrooms, each with plenty of natural light, fans and built-in storage. There are also two shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The entire top floor is dedicated to a second spacious master bedroom with a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom, featuring both a bath and a separate shower.

This is a real home that works as beautifully for daily family life as it does for entertaining and summer hosting. Every room reflects thoughtful design and personal intention, with carefully considered architecture from corner to corner.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. There will be a few locked cupboards / a cloakroom for the owners of this property.

The Neighborhood:
Wimbledon is a lovely part of London. It strikes a balance between village charm and city convenience. The streets are residential and peaceful, with Wimbledon Village just up the road, known for its elegant boutiques, delis, and cafĂ©s, while Wimbledon Park and the Common provide wide open green space for walking, picnicking, and sports. It’s a safe, well-kept area that feels tucked away but has quick links to central London.

This area is home to a great selection of independent cafés, restaurants, and local shops. From brunch spots and coffee houses to cosy pubs and rooftop bars, all just a short walk away. Some worthy suggestions to explore and enjoy would be:

-Cannizaro Park - on the edge of the common, with ornamental gardens with Italianate layout, ponds, aviary, and summer performances

Slightly further afield, you will find:
Petersham Nurseries, in Richmond. There is a beautiful restaurant/cafe, and it also has an excellent shop, as well as a lovely scenic walk around the nursery.

Getting Around:
Brilliantly connected, this part of Wimbledon offers quick access to central London and beyond via Wimbledon station, which serves the National Rail and District lines.

The nearest station is Wimbledon Station (5–7 min walk) - Serves National Rail (South Western), London Underground District Line, and Tramlink. Regular trains run to London Waterloo (19 min via Clapham Junction), and the District Line reaches Earl’s Court, Paddington, Victoria in 20 to 30 mins.

South Wimbledon (Northern Line) and Wimbledon Park (District Line) stations are each approximately a 15-minute walk away, offering alternative routes.

Trains run directly to Waterloo in under 20 minutes, while the District line links you to Earl’s Court, South Kensington, and the West End. South Wimbledon and Wimbledon Park stations (Northern and District lines) are also nearby, along with frequent local bus routes connecting to Putney, Clapham, and Tooting.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

Please note that the owner's personal cleaner will also attend to the house every Tuesday and Friday to clean.

Please note there are 2 and a half flights of stairs inside the property.

Please note that you will be asked to use the alarm for the security of the house during your stay.

Please note that there are extra instructions regarding specific important details about the house written by the owners for guests to read.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check-in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
