Very close to Gloucester Road bars and restaurants (2 minute walk).
Easy access into Bristol City centre (either by bus, car or bike, however it is walkable).
Please note we DO NOT allow parties and stag or hen dos.
2 double bedrooms.
1 single room with bunk beds.
Stylish bathroom.
Separate downstairs toilet.
Spacious cosy lounge.
Sociable kitchen / breakfast room with seating for 6. Looks out onto the garden.
Garden backs onto the park. Decent size - patio and garden furniture.
Private driveway with parking for up to 2 cars and free on street parking.
7kW Universal Pod Point Electric Vehicle Charger (charged per ÂŁ0.35/kWh). Please supply your own charging cable to fit your car.

Please note that dogs are chargeable at a one off fee of ÂŁ20 as is early check in or late checkout again a one off fee of ÂŁ20 for each one not per person.
