Costa Marina is a charming, maritime-style house located very close to the beaches of Santander Bay, perfect for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
With a fresh and youthful decoration, inspired by the coastal atmosphere, the house features 3 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, which share the same space creating a cozy ambiance, and two full bathrooms.
The bedrooms are distributed on the upper floor:
Main bedroom, with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Second bedroom, following the same maritime theme and with a matching large wardrobe.
Third bedroom, with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
The rooms are bright, with large windows, such as one window that occupies 90% of the wall, with views of the recently planted garden, where the green and red tones of the shrubs predominate.
Outside, Costa Marina offers a large meadow area, a garden with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family, as well as private parking within the house.
For leisure time, it provides board games, and its decoration with surfboards and open wardrobes that mimic beach huts contributes to a summery and youthful atmosphere.
