It has a double bedroom and sofa bed, ideal for couples or small families. Enjoy its comfortable furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing, and access to a nice communal pool. Cozy apartment of 50 mÂČ carefully designed with style and attention to detail. Upon entering the apartment, we find a pleasant living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, a large sofa bed and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious built-in closet and ceiling fan, which guarantees a comfortable rest.
The bathroom has a practical shower and everything you need for everyday life. Outside, a private terrace with furniture allows you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, whether reading or dining.
Located in Corralejo, the apartment offers access to a communal pool open all year round, ideal for cooling off or relaxing at any time. The pool also has a playground with slides, designed for the enjoyment of the little ones as well as a playground in the complex. The area is well connected, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and good road connections.
A short distance away is the lively avenue Nuestra Señora del Carmen, with a wide range of stores, shopping centers, bars, restaurants and nightlife. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the Natural Park of the Dunes of Corralejo, famous for its landscapes and extensive white sandy beaches. Also within walking distance is the beach of La Concha, in El Cotillo, a paradisiacal environment ideal to complete an unforgettable experience.
