A modern, bright, and spacious home, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a dream holiday âš, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the San AgustĂn Shopping Center, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and all the leisure you could wish for.
With direct views of the Atlantic Ocean đ, this house offers the perfect balance between comfort, privacy, and a privileged location đ.
The house is divided over two floors:

đïž Open-plan living room and kitchen with large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sea views. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels.
đšâđł Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian and filter coffee makers, wine fridge, and all necessary utensils.
1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and walk-in wardrobe.
1 full bathroom with shower.
Private garage with space for 2 cars.
Landscaped outdoor areas.
