This apartment is located within a residential apartment complex building, which is undergoing cosmetic renovation works in the common areas, specifically the stairs leading up to the apartment and entryway. The apartment internally remains unaffected and as shown exactly in the photos, but you will encounter construction-related impacts in the common areas of the building.
This may include:
* Dust in hallways and stairs
* Exposed wiring and unfinished surfaces
* Construction noise
Other things to note
Smoking is allowed solely on the rear balcony. Please let us know in advance if your reservation plans to smoke; your reservation will remain tentative until the applicable smoking surcharge is paid. Failure to disclose your intention to smoke may be treated as a breach of Airbnbâs communication policy.
Out-of-hour check-ins (earlier than 3pm or later than 8pm) must be requested and if approved, will incur a ÂŁ48 fee directly with the property manager.
Late checkouts must be requested and if approved, will incur a ÂŁ48 fee directly with the property manager.
Alternatively, you can request to drop your luggage off at our building, incurring a ÂŁ25 one-off fee for up to 3 large bags / ÂŁ35 for 4 large bags.
STRICTLY NON-GATHERING NO PARTY, NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY WITHIN THE SPACE AND WITHIN THE BUILDING.
A no-show on your reserved arrival date without prior notification is a house rule breach and will not receive a refund. Our housekeeping team works hard to ensure our apartments are ready for you, so please inform us of any changes to your plans.
