This elegant property features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a charming private garden with an outdoor seating area and sun loungers â ideal for relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine.
On the ground floor, youâll find a bedroom with two joined single beds (90x190âŻcm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a guest toilet in the living area. Two steps lead down to a bright and airy living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. This space opens onto the private garden, which offers a covered porch with a seating area and a lawn with two sun loungers for private sunbathing.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. One bedroom has a double bed (150x200âŻcm), and the other has a smaller double bed (135x190âŻcm), ensuring both comfort and privacy.
The property includes a private parking space at the entrance of the house, and guests also have access to a well-maintained communal swimming pool within the complex.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
