The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze.
The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size UK bed and the second with two double UK bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Surrounded by elegant red-brick buildings and leafy green space, you'll be just a short stroll from O'Connell Street, Henry Street shopping, and the city's best cafés, pubs, and restaurants. The square's central park features walking paths, a playground, and sports facilities—perfect for a morning jog or a relaxing afternoon.
With Connolly Station, LUAS trams, and multiple bus routes nearby, getting around the city is quick and easy. You're also within walking distance of Croke Park, the IFSC, and cultural gems like the Abbey Theatre. This lively and diverse neighbourhood blends history, culture, and convenience, making it an ideal base for exploring Dublin like a local.

The nearest LUAS station, Parnell (Green Line), is just a 6-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
