There is an external shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and an external cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and a bench, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. Within 3.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.2, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well behaved dogs welcome, but please keep on a lead outside the fenced garden area due to livestock. A romantic countryside trip awaits at Wolds Hoot. Note: Steps lead up to the property, please take care. Note: Horses in the field opposite. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150GBP. The Yorkshire Wolds Way national trail, a long distance footpath, passes through the town which is surrounded by the gently rolling chalk hills.
