The flat is set on a long residential road, directly opposite the beautiful Racecourse Park, perfect for morning walks, tennis, or a relaxing stroll into town. Youâll have full access to the flat, garden and all amenities, including:

No shoes in carpeted rooms.
No charging of electric vehicles at the house, charging available at the BP Station 3 minutes drive.
For safety No electric scooters at the house.
One small / medium size dog very welcome.
The rear garden is secure & fenced, please clean up after your dog from garden.
Front garden and hallway is a shared space for building, please respect neighbours.
Please do not disconnect or turn off plugs for security cameras.
For the security of guests & the flat there are 3 security cameras facing outside with motion detection, located in the lounge facing front garden, kitchen facing rear garden, entrance facing hallway in line with Vrbo policy.
