Welcome to a charming apartment located in the heart of the city, in a historic tenement house. The place combines the elegance of art deco style with modern comfort.
Guests have at their disposal two cozy bedrooms, a bright living room with large windows, a separate, fully equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine), as well as a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
The proximity of the river, restaurants, cafes and the main attractions of the city makes this place perfect for both a weekend getaway and a longer stay.
The space

There are plenty of parking spaces available for guests and residents of the tenement house. There's a first-come, first-serve rule. There is also a city parking lot along the street, paid according to the city rate.
The apartment is located in zone A, in the Old Town. In the downtown paid parking zone in area A*: Paid parking is valid 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm

- 7.30 PLN for the second hour of parking;
- PLN 7.70 for the third hour of parking;
- 7.00 PLN for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.
