New Relaxed 2 Bed Fuengirola City Beach Retreat
This inviting, newly built family friendly beach retreat is the perfect relaxing getaway and is only a couple of minutes walk from the sandy shores of Fuengirola Beach. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to four guests and comes fully equipped with everything youâd need and expect for the perfect self-catered stay on the vibrant Costa del Sol.The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and built in wardrobe. It also has an en suite bathroom with a lit mirror over the sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, under the bed storage and a clothes rack with hangers. Each room comes equipped with room darkening blinds and individually controlled air conditioning. The family bathroom also has a lit mirror over the sink and a walk-in shower. The apartment hosts all of the modern amenities youâd expect from a holiday home such as a 1000mbps Wi-Fi and a smart TV so that you can log into your streaming accounts, be it Netflix, Prime or Youtube. There is a further air conditioning unit in the living room area and all the A/Cs can provide heating during the colder months.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee pod machine with a milk frother, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and more. Thereâs even a blender for preparing smoothies or baby food. Those with very young children should know that there is a high chair and a cot included in the apartment, with only additional cots and chairs needing to be hired at extra cost. Off the kitchen is a comfortably furnished living room which leads out onto the balcony, perfect for sitting with your morning coffee. There are 2 fold up chairs that guests are welcome to bring to the beach and a vacuum cleaner in the master bedroom closet.
For people with mobility issues the apartment itself is step free and there is an elevator in the building. Please note that there is no private parking at this complex. If you have a car there are several public parking lots within a short walk from the apartment. However, the flat is very centrally located and just 10min walk from Fuengirola train station which has excellent public transport links connecting you to the rest of the coast and Malaga Airport, so a car is not necessary. Please be aware that we are not accepting youth groups below the age of 22. As this is a residential building, we ask guests not to host parties or events, including stag or hen parties. Any complaints about noise or misbehaviour can result in a loss of your security deposit.
The apartment location is second to none, on a quiet one-way street in the heart of Fuengirola's charming Old Town, just 3 minutes' walk from the beach and a minute from the famous Plaza Chinorros and its wide range of eateries. Youâre surrounded by shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries and cafes. There is a medium sized Maskom supermarket 50 metres from the flat for everyday essentials and large Dia and Mercadona supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. There are 3 children's playgrounds within a 5 minutes' walk from the flat - one of which is on the beach.
Fuengirola, a charming coastal town on Spain's Costa del Sol, is a treasure trove of history, culture, and natural beauty located just 25 kilometres southwest of Malaga. Stroll along the 7-kilometer-long promenade lined with palm trees, restaurants, and shops, and discover the town's picturesque harbour, where fishing boats bob gently in the crystal-clear waters. Visit the 10th-century Moorish castle, Sohail, which has been meticulously restored to its former glory, offering breathtaking views of the coastline.
