Welcome to my apartment!
This charming 60m2 three-bedroom duplex apartment in Porto offers the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.
The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to suit different groups. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second offers a single bed. A third sleeping space is located on the upper floor and features another queen-sized bed. All beds are prepared with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort and restful nights.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the Bonfim neighbourhood, the property offers a charming mix of local life, history, and convenient access to Portoâs cultural highlights. The street is part of Bairro Duque de Saldanha, a historic housing complex built in the mid twentieth century, known for its distinctive urban design and architecture.
Within walking distance, you can discover remarkable landmarks. The Maria Pia railway bridge, designed by Gustave Eiffel in 1877, is just a short stroll away and remains one of the cityâs most impressive engineering works. The Porto Military Museum is located nearby, showcasing an extensive collection dedicated to Portuguese military history. For a more tranquil experience, the historic Prado do Repouso cemetery is also close, offering a peaceful glimpse into the cityâs past.
A little further on, the vibrant Ribeira district awaits by the Douro River. This UNESCO-listed area is filled with narrow cobbled streets, colourful houses, and the lively Praça da Ribeira. It is also home to the Casa do Infante, one of the cityâs oldest buildings and the reputed birthplace of Prince Henry the Navigator.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 7-minute walk.
Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
