Urban Space is a cosy and modern independent house on three levels, perfectly integrated within a private area with reserved parking: a rare and precious plus in the city centre.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright open space with an equipped kitchen, living area and a modern bathroom with shower, perfect for relaxing from the very first moment. Going up to the first floor, you will find a double room with two single beds, ideal for friends or children, accompanied by a second bathroom with shower. On the top floor, the double bedroom offers an intimate and comfortable refuge, furnished with modern style and carefully curated details.
The apartment is located in a very central area, a stone's throw from the lake, main shops, restaurants and local attractions, and is excellently connected to the railway station, making it perfect for both short tourist stays and longer stays.
The accommodation is managed on behalf of the private owner by Affitti Brevi Italia S.r.l.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Affitti Brevi Italia S.r.l..
