.Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
âąâ â Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to ÂŁ500 may be applied.
âąâ â No unregistered guests allowed
âąâ â Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
âąâ â Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
âąâ â Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
âąâ â A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
âąâ â Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of ÂŁ100, and a ÂŁ50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
âąâ â Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
âąâ â If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
