Welcome to your ideal home from home.
The house is perfectly located for wherever you need to get to and in a safe neighbourhood.
This spacious house is perfect for family or friendâs gathering and weekend getaways as well as temporary work stays conveniently located close to the Dockyard, Babcock and Derriford Hospital.
Just a 10-minute drive from the city centre and the Barbican, and 20 minutes from beautiful Dartmoor.
The Life Centre is also a 5min drive for diving competitions or just a leisurely swim.
Enjoy a cozy, home-like atmosphere with a nearby park, and easy access to coffee shops and supermarkets. Your next getaway awaits!
The Royal William Yard, a 10 minute drive, is a historic waterside complex transformed from a Victorian-era Royal Navy victualling yard into a vibrant destination of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. It features the largest collection of Grade I listed military buildings in Europe and offers the everyman cinema, galleries, and many cultural events, alongside stunning views of Plymouth Sound.
The large and comfortable lounge has 3 sofas and plenty of room for all 7 guests to relax.
There is another reception room with boardgames as well as a TV and PS4 and sofa for you to chill.
The kitchen is the heart of the house with a dining table, chairs and bench for you to chat and cook in. It has all modern amenities: a range style double cooker, microwave, american style fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and wine fridge.
There is a downstairs toilet.
The house has 4 bedrooms: the front bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room.
The other 2 large bedrooms have double beds and there is a single bedroom which is still a good size.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle.
There are TVs in the lounge and second reception room and in the kitchen. There are TVs in the 2 largest bedrooms also, All TVs have fire sticks enabling you to connect to your own Netflix account, terrestrial channels and more.
There is an iron and ironing board, sweeping brush, vacuum in the hallway small cupboard.
Hairdryers are in the bedrooms.
You also have a private patio area and seating at the back of the property.
