Travessa João de Deus sits in one of Lisbon’s most elegant and historic residential neighborhoods — a quiet corner between Estrela and Lapa, known for its old-world charm, leafy streets, and understated sophistication.

This area is traditionally home to embassies, diplomatic residences, and classic Portuguese mansions, making it one of the city's most prestigious and peaceful districts. The famous Tram 28 passes near Estrela, with stops at Rua de São Bento and Estrela Basilica, both within a 5 to 10-minute walk of Travessa João de Deus. Riding Tram 28 offers a scenic route through many of Lisbon’s historic districts.

By Bus:
Several bus lines run along Rua de São Bento, providing frequent connections to central Lisbon neighborhoods such as Baixa, Chiado, and Marquês de Pombal.

By Taxi or Ride-Share:
