This charming home was recently renovated from the ground up, blending comfort with a clean, modern design. The bedroom is bright and welcoming, with soft linens and thoughtful details that make it perfect for rest. The open-plan living and kitchen area is both functional and stylish, equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher for added convenience. The bathroom has been completely redone with contemporary fittings, providing a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. Designed for two guests, this is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and intimacy.
- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:
To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
- The tourist tax in Porto is âŹ3 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
- A security deposit of âŹ500 may be charged during festive periods such as New Year's. This amount is waived upon booking.
- Silence: It's important to respect the established quiet hours, especially in apartments subject to higher noise exposure.
- Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.
- Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of âŹ49.00 for each item.
