This modern L-shaped villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation with the whole family or a group of friends. With three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious roof patio, there is plenty of room for being together and privacy.

The 70 mÂČ villa feels spacious and open thanks to the large windows. In the living room, you will find a nice sitting area with a TV and a large dining table. The open kitchen is modern and complete, equipped with an induction stove with an integrated extractor, a combination oven, and a dishwasher â everything you need to cook together easily.
There are three bedrooms: one with a private bathroom ensuite and two other rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The second bathroom is separate and has a luxurious walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet provides extra convenience.|

Enjoy outdoor living in the spacious yard with a lounge set and a dining table or retreat to the large roof patio with lounge chairs â a wonderful spot to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the fresh outdoor air in the evening.
