Three rooms—including both principal suites—boast direct sea views.Above the double garage sits a fully self-contained annex with one-super king bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and complete with its own private entrance, patio, air conditioning, and breathtaking coastal views—perfect for extended family, a nanny, or couples seeking a little extra privacy.Outdoor Spaces:South-facing landscaped gardens are designed for maximum sunshine and minimal maintenance, offering multiple zones to dine, recline, and enjoy the sea air.
