Welcome to Sea Holly House, a breathtaking purpose-built luxury holiday six-bedroom retreat perched above the celebrated seaside village of Beer, Devon. Recently featured in Devon Live as a “dream home” and nestled in the village crowned The Telegraph’s Best Seaside Village in the UK, this architectural gem offers panoramic sea views, high-end sustainable design, and effortless access to the Jurassic Coast.



Whether you’re after a restorative escape, a base for coastal adventures, or a luxurious space to connect with loved ones or colleagues, Sea Holly House invites you to experience life by the sea at its finest.





The Space



Sea Holly House blends contemporary elegance with coastal character across a beautifully designed, light-filled layout.



Upper Floor Living:



The heart of the home is found upstairs, where a dramatic floor-to-ceiling gable-end window frames extraordinary sea and village views. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area flows onto a glass-fronted balcony via bi-fold doors—ideal for entertaining or unwinding with a glass of wine.

The space includes dining for 10 guests, a statement pool table, and underfloor heating throughout. Newly installed air-conditioning ensures comfort year-round.



Bedrooms:



Downstairs are five beautifully appointed super king bedrooms of which two bedrooms can be converted into single beds and include four en-suites and one family bathroom. Three rooms—including both principal suites—boast direct sea views.



Above the double garage sits a fully self-contained annex with one-super king bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and complete with its own private entrance, patio, air conditioning, and breathtaking coastal views—perfect for extended family, a nanny, or couples seeking a little extra privacy.





Outdoor Spaces:



South-facing landscaped gardens are designed for maximum sunshine and minimal maintenance, offering multiple zones to dine, recline, and enjoy the sea air. A composite deck bridge leads to the striking main entrance, while private electric gates open to secure parking for up to four cars.

The converted double garage also offers a well-equipped gym. An EV charger is available on request.





Guest Access



Fresh Escapes will provide access instructions 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests have exclusive use of the house, annex (if selected), gardens, parking, and all on-site facilities throughout their stay.

Getting Around



While Beer is best explored on foot, getting here is simple. Regular bus services connect to Seaton, Lyme Regis, and Sidmouth, while Axminster Station (20 minutes away) offers direct trains to London Waterloo and Exeter. The A3052 provides fast road links across the coast and into Devon’s countryside.



Sea Holly House offers both seclusion and connectivity—making it ideal for both relaxing breaks and extended stays.
