Welcome to our charming and fully equipped 6-person villa, located on the quiet and secure Marbella Estate in Jan Thiel.
The villa is stylishly furnished, offers complete privacy, is child-friendly, and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac â no traffic, just peace and quiet and a constant cooling breeze.
Step into the bright, tropically decorated living room with a high ceiling, comfortable seating area, Smart TV, and air conditioning.
Adjacent, you'll find the modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop with extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. From the kitchen, you can step directly onto the balcony
overlooking the garden and pool.
The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, box-spring beds (1 x 180 cm and 2 x 160 cm), and ample closet space.
The master bedroom is extra luxurious, with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. A crib and highchair are available for families.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hot water, so everyone can freshen up in comfort.
