Sleeping arrangements
The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed with room-darkening shades and a double wardrobe to keep your space uncluttered. A sofa bed in the living area can be made available upon request with potential additional charges, providing flexibility for couples or small groups.

Unwind in the open-plan living room where a plush sofa faces a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Elegant panelled walls create a setting to enjoy a film or conversation after exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and share meals together. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and essential cooking basics. A six-seater dining table doubles as a comfortable workspace for those combining leisure and business.

Bathroom
Refresh in the sleek bathroom featuring a large waterfall shower, towels, and bathroom essentials. A hair dryer and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The apartment sits on a single level and is easily accessible by elevator, with self check-in through a smart lock.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's iconic Northern Quarter. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. Shudehill bus and metrolink station is a couple of minutes down the road. Manchester Victoria train station is also a 5 minute walk away. The Arndale Shopping Centre is also very close by.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment.

We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of ÂŁ20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
