* đ żïž Free secure indoor parking available nearby. I have rented a space for guests and itâs just a 3 minute walk from the property đ żïž. This is an absolute god-send for anyone driving to my property, by the way, as central Brighton is both difficult and expensive to park!
*Perfect for 2 people but can host 4 with small sofa bed
*Enterprise Car Club space outside flat
The space
My centrally located apartment has been furnished to a high standard in fresh white with colourful accents. Itâs perfect for a couple, a small family or three friends with plenty of comfortable bed space for up to three guests (two can fit on the sofa bed if you don't mind being cosy)!
Thereâs a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate cloakroom. I am happy to host one small dog who brings their own bedding and bowls.
It is a modern, beautifully presented apartment located a 5-minute walk from Brighton's iconic i360, the sea and many of Brighton's best bars, restaurants and shops are just around the corner on Western Road. It is situated on a side street towards the beach, next to the peaceful green space of Bedford Square. Access is down some steps to the front door and is not shared.
Thereâs a free indoor, secure parking space just a 3 minute walk away for my guests. If you are not driving and wish to rent a car, thereâs an Enterprise Car Club designated parking space outside the apartment.
The front door opens to a long entrance hall which opens to the spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It has a quality double bed, bedside tables and lamp and a built-in wardrobe with hangers for your clothes.
The ensuite bathroom consists of a bath with a rainfall shower head, and a stylish vanity unit with a basin. The separate cloakroom with WC and wall-mounted basin is accessed via the entrance hall.
We provide fresh white bedding and towels (hand towel and bath towel per person).
The living room is a peaceful space with a view over the courtyard. It has a beautiful blue velvet sofa which pulls out to a small double sofa bed. It is a calm space to relax and watch the Smart TV. French doors open out to the patio.
There is a stylish and well-equipped separate kitchen. Here you will have use of an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. A small table with two chairs provides the perfect area for dining or enjoying a morning coffee while planning your day.
I have provided a desk that folds away for anyone wishing to work during their stay.
If you wish to purchase supplies for your stay Waitrose supermarket is just a two-minute walk away.
The property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. I offer remote access with easy self-check-in and guest support should you need anything. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I am always happy to help.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Access is via a front door which is accessed via a flight of steps down from the street and is not shared. I will provide the key code for the lockbox on your day of arrival.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A ÂŁ50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
PARKING
I rent a parking space which I offer to guests free of charge. This is located a short walk away on the next street and is 6 by 8 feet in size.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of ÂŁ20. Please ensure you message me beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).

One small dog is allowed but guests will need to bring their own dog bed and bowls and the dog may only sleep in its own bed.
