Stay in this oasis of tranquility, where well-being is at home. You can relax without sacrificing comfort in a modern space full of style and personality. The apartment surrounded by greenery, is characterized by a large terrace for exclusive use and is equipped with all the latest housing technologies. It has air conditioning active from June to September 21st.Â
Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi. Perfect apartment for a couple, a family with a child and for digital nomads.
The studio is spread over a single large space consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and services.Â
The living area consists of a comfortable sofa, armchairs and kitchenette with peninsula equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, freezer, capsule coffee machine and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe, 43-inch swivel smart TV to use it both in the bedroom and in the living room.
The bathroom consists of a sink, bathtub and bidet. The apartment also has a comfortable furnished terrace, equipped with windows and blackout curtains, bio-fireplace, air conditioning, which make it habitable during all periods of the year.
Ultra-fast fiber wi-fi connection available throughout the accommodation, indoor and outdoor air conditioning.
The entire studio apartment and the terrace are available to guests, it will be provided with bed linen, towels, soap, wellness kit and toilet paper. In the area outside the building there is a large free parking on the street. In front of the entrance to the building you can see the Galla Placidia park you will find a green area equipped with seats and games for children.Â
