This exclusive two-bedroom duplex offers a unique experience in a historic and peaceful setting, with stunning views of the Alhambra walls and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The duplex is arranged over two almost identical floors, connected by an exterior staircase, and designed to offer comfort, style, and a one-of-a-kind experience. Upon entering each floor, you are welcomed by a spacious, modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Directly opposite, there is a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, glass screen, and wooden window overlooking the exterior, perfectly blending functionality and style.
Each living room, integrated with the kitchen, is designed for enjoyment and relaxation. It includes a dining table, a cozy breakfast nook, and a comfortable sofa bed (150 Ă 180 cm). In front of it, a 52-inch Smart TV completes the entertainment area.
From the ground-floor living room, French doors open onto a magnificent private garden of over 160 mÂČ, with both covered and open areas. Here you can admire a centuries-old olive tree, four lemon trees, rose bushes, and a rich variety of plants. The garden is furnished with a wooden dining table and four chairs, two loungers with side tables, and an elegant designer umbrella â the perfect setting to unwind at any time of day.
Upstairs, the living room opens onto a spacious terrace with stunning views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, furnished with a comfortable armchair ideal for quiet reading or enjoying an unforgettable sunset.
The bedrooms, located to the right of each living room, offer a refined and charming atmosphere. Each features a 160 Ă 200 cm bed designed to ensure maximum comfort and restful sleep.
The apartment is located in the heart of the AlbaicĂn, Granadaâs oldest district and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Facing the hill of the Alhambra, on San CristĂłbal hill, it is surrounded by the Sacromonte, Elvira Street, and the Darro River.
