Experience Tirana from above at Skai Apartment, a modern 2-bedroom retreat located on the 7th floor of a new building near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With its spacious layout, stylish design, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, this apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and serenity for families, friends, or small groups of up to 5 guests.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with plush linens and large windows overlooking the city and mountains. The second bedroom features two single beds, making it an ideal space for families or groups.
A bright and airy living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a balcony where you can unwind with panoramic views.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all cooking essentials. The dining area seats your group comfortably for home-cooked meals or takeout from nearby restaurants.
A sleek and clean bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and toiletries provided.
Situated in one of Tiranaâs central neighborhoods, Skai Apartment offers easy access to the cityâs top attractions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is just steps away, and youâre within walking distance to Skanderbeg Square, the New Bazaar, trendy cafes, and vibrant nightlife.

Our online check-in process requires guests to fill out their personal information, upload a government-issued ID, and a selfie before arriving at the property. Guests will receive their access code 10 minutes before check-in time and only after completing the online check-in.
- Check-in method: lockbox. You can self-check in at any time after 3 PM.
- Early check-in before 3:00 PM (if available) is subject to an additional fee.
- Late check-out after 11:00 AM (if available) is subject to an additional fee.
- Cleaning and extra towels/bed linens during your stay are subject to an additional fee.
- Welcome amenities such as shampoo, fresh towels, and bed linens are provided upon arrival (based on the number of guests).
