The Space:
Welcome to Eden, a modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse located on the Salford edge of Manchester City Centre.
This neighbourhood has plenty to offer, including bringing Manchester and Salford together. Within just a short walk is the renowned Blackfriars pub, AO arena and Salford central train station. The location of this property is perfectly positioned to connect you to some of Manchester's most popular areas.
Laid out over three spacious floors, this impressive property boasts plenty of open, inviting space and light. Beautifully designed with an overall modern interior, the space is calming whilst also exuding pops of colour throughout.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and ceramic hob.
There is a 12 seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Bedrooms:
There are three stylish bedrooms, two feature king-size beds and one with four small double beds which is perfect for families. These are all fitted with blackout blinds, mirrors and ample wardrobe storage.
Two of the bedrooms also offer a vanity unit which can be used as a getting ready area as well as a workspace.
Bathrooms:
There are 3.5 bathrooms including a downstairs toilet and sink. On the upper floors, there are two-ensuites, each featuring a shower and the separate master bathroom offers both a shower and a bath. Enjoy both options for your stay as well as mirrored cabinets for storage. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Living Area:
The living area features a large corner sofa and a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. With large windows, this area boasts plenty of light.
Private Garden:
The property has access to a private outdoor garden space. This includes a hot tub with a sheltered pergola, seating area and a fire pit for you to enjoy.
Location & Parking:
Located on the Salford edge of Manchester City Centre. All within a short walk to main central train stations and with easy access to direct transport links and Manchester city centre.
This property also offers two free car parking spaces on the driveway.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect â an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ70.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of ÂŁ20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
Within the property, the floors can only be accessed by stairs. There is no lift to the upper floors of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.
Please keep in mind for sleeping arrangements, one of the bedrooms has four small double (3/4) sized beds. This may be suited more towards couples and families.
