The hallway includes a console table, leading to a spacious bathroom. Step outside onto the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, offering a relaxing outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a coffee maker, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. For your convenience, cleaning products are provided to maintain a tidy space. Please note that smoking is permitted on the balcony only.

Welcome to our Luton Family Getaway! Please note check-in is at 9:00 AM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Street parking is available. We kindly ask that you don't eat in the bedrooms and leave the flat tidy upon departure, including washing dishes. Please leave the keys inside the flat when you leave. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. There's a shoe rack in the entrance storage cupboard, please use it to store your shoes and avoid walking on the carpets with shoes. Before you leave, please make sure all the lights are switched off. Enjoy your stay!
