Villa Amalia 68: Top floor with solarium
This modern top floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 4 people.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom a trundle bed with 2 single mattresses, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating.
The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area.
Outside, there is a south-facing terrace, great for relaxing with views of the swimming pool. Upstairs, there is a large solarium, also equipped with table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12-metre long summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. There is also a private gym equipped with treadmills, static bikes and cross-trainer within the complex, and for those visiting in winter, a heated pool with a temperature of 28ÂșC. Just outside the development, there is ample space for parking.
Villa Amalia is in an unbeatable location close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. Just 300m from the door is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and less than 800m away is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
