Welcome to Grafton Woodshack â a cosy, lower-ground apartment with a unique urban log-cabin style, spread across two floors. Designed with warmth, rustic charm, and plenty of character, this 2-bedroom home sleeps up to 4 guests and is perfect for families, friends, or professionals seeking a stylish yet homely base in Brighton. Perfectly located just moments from the Lanes, youâll be within easy reach of cafĂ©s, restaurants, cinemas, pubs, and boutique shopping, as well as Brightonâs lively nightlife. Inside, the apartment offers a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, where you can stream your favourite shows and movies on Netflix or Prime.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The open plan living/kitchen area has a spacious open feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities like a 2-ring halogen hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to three guests. Youâll find the sociable and light living room positioned at the front of the property, set up with a Smart TV and sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV by streaming your favourite channels with the free wifi.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is located on the upper level and includes a shower over the bath, toilet, basin and mirror complemented by stylish finishes and amenities for a comfortable stay
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
BEDROOMS
The apartment features two inviting bedrooms: one with a cosy king-size bed and the other with unique cabin-style bunk beds. Fresh white linens, towels, and guest toiletries are thoughtfully provided for your stay.

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
Weâll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), youâll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good nightâs sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If youâre planning one, just drop us a message, and weâll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.
Pets

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a ÂŁ50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:
Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.
