A spacious and inviting two-bedroom apartment nestled in the vibrant town of Market Rasen. Recently renovated in May 2023, the property is perfect for families visiting the area or for contractors working locally.
The house is modern, warm and comfortable, and has all the amenities youâd need for your stay, including fast WiFi of 125Mbps and a Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc). It features a spacious living space, the first half of which hosts a kitchen dining area and the second half featuring a comfortable living area.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and have super king sized beds which can be converted into two single beds upon request. This allows for a maximum of four guests in the property on four separate beds.
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hobs, fridge/ freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots and pans for cooking, as well as a range of utensils and cutlery. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your ease of use.
There is ample on-street parking directly outside the property which is free of charge.
Check-in is via a lockbox outside the property.
