Flexible Bedding: Two of the double rooms can be set up as twin rooms (single beds) upon request, allowing you to tailor sleeping arrangements precisely.
Ample Facilities: Three modern bathrooms and a fitted kitchen/diner seating 16 ensures seamless routines and communal efficiency.
Crucial logistics are covered: FREE, off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles is guaranteed. Enjoy multiple work areas (study, main sitting room table), reliable, high-speed broadband, and streaming-ready Smart TVs in every bedroom for private downtime. Our flexible self-check-in ensures hassle-free arrivals for your team.
Situated in desirable Redland with excellent transport links. This booking is suitable only for professional groups in the city for work or training.
Location
The house is just a short stroll from Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road with their shops, restaurants, cafés, leisure facilities, and transport links. Clifton Down train station is close by, and Clifton Village, the Downs, Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road, and the Harbourside are all within easy reach.

No parties or events are permitted.
The front door to the building has a keyless entry system and you will be given the entry code 24 hours prior to check-in. Video cameras are provided front and rear for your comfort and safety.
The higgihaus@hampton (#46) is a self-contained house for your exclusive use during your stay in our awesome city. There is no need for you to interact with us but should you need anything we`d be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Bristol and it is worth noting that Luke (who was born in Bristol) knows it like the back of his hand (well the best bits anyway) and he and Delyth eat out a lot. Luke is thus a veritable goldmine of places to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars worth a visit and how to get about. We`ll provide contact numbers ahead of check-in
higgihaus@hampton (#46) is a mere stone`s throw from Cotham Hill and the Whiteladies Road, both chock full of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, leisure facilities (including a cinema and gym) and all the transport options youâll likely need when staying in our awesome city (including the train at Clifton Down). The Downs (400 acres of amazing parkland) is a hop, skip and a jump away in one direction and the city centre is a short walk in the other. Clifton Village, the Gloucester Road, Stokes Croft and the Harbourside are all easily reached on foot. The BBC, Bristol Royal Infirmary and Bristol University are all nearby.
Parking
The higgihaus@hampton has off-road parking at the rear of the property and with a little bit of juggling, could accommodate up to five cars (depending on size!). Should you have more cars than can park at the rear, then on-street parking is free on the weekends. Between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, you`ll need a parking permit (which we can provide at a cost of ÂŁ10 per day).
Clifton Down Shopping Centre also provides secure and overnight parking and is less than a five-minute walk away
Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM.
Please respect our house, which is your home for your stay and do please note that whilst we`re delighted to host groups visiting the city, parties or events at the property are strictly forbidden.
Strictly no smoking, parties, or events.
Pets allowed
Please respect our neighbours keep noise to an appropriate level at all times don`t scream, shout, swear or have loud or crass conversations outside as the neighbours have children.
Please don`t play music at an inappropriate level at any time outside.
If you do play music inside please make sure it isn`t audible outside and keep the windows and doors shut in the sitting room, library and kitchen.
Please ensure that the only people in the house are named and registered guests.
Strictly no smoking inside or near the house. If you must smoke then please do so at the end of the rear garden and clean up your butts. If you or any of your guests smoke inside the house during your stay you will forfeit your security deposit.
Do not use the garden after 11.00pm (you can still smoke there but please ensure any conversation or noise is kept to a minimum).
Upon departure please leave the property clean and tidy and ensure anything used in the kitchen is either washed up and put away or in the dishwasher. Please take out the bins and recycling, clean the BBQ please leave the property and garden as you found them.
Please don`t use glitter or confetti bombs anywhere on the property as it makes a mess that is very difficult for us to remove. If there is evidence of glitter or confetti use, then we will unfortunately need to levy an additional cleaning charge of ÂŁ50
Please ensure all windows and doors are locked at night and when leaving and please respect the neighbours and travel to and from the house quietly.
