Sweet Little Cottage på Little Portage Lake, Portage Lakes Chain, Pinckney Mi

Nyrenoverade Lakefront. Plattskärms-TV med kabel i varje rum. Uttagbar drottningssoffa i TV-rummet. Tvättstuga, inbyggd dator. Ny badtunna med blå tand och subwoofer. Central Air. Diskmaskin, stor kylskåp, grill, utemöbler med paraply. Eldstaden. Dockage för 1 båt, ibland två. Uthyrning är för hus och användning av tomten. Bästa fiskesjön i den nedre kedjan. Känd för pannfisk men massor av Largemouth, lite Smallmouth, Walleye och Northern Pike. Tyvärr finns det nu ett förbud mot konsumtion av fisk från Huron River Chain of lakes på grund av kemisk förorening som hittas uppströms. Jag får höra att detta kommer att vara långsiktigt men vi får se.

Great budget friendly place to stay. Host was very kind and friendly. Centrally located so the location worked great for us. We were also able to pull our boat up to the dock and enjoy the lakes and their two kayaks. We had a very nice stay.

Absolutely amazing

Exactly as promised! This was the cutest cottage I have ever seen and with a family of 5 we all fit perfectly the kids had their own space and we had privacy down stairs with an amazing view of the lake! The boys loved the hot tub and the owner showed us how to use it and was so welcoming and helpful! It was the best rental experience I’ve ever had!

Hot Tub Star attraction

A peaceful stay. Ant issue inside; ants were everywhere. Anything placed on the counter top or counters with the stools was covered in ants; clothes, swim gear, food, water bottles, etc. We also had issue getting blocked in/out by property manager visitors.

Very dirty! So bad we went out and bought sheets and towels set. Had problems with the door handle falling off. If you plan on staying here you will need to clean!

Wonderful little gem!

Lovely little place! Very unique location. Right off the road, but still feels tucked away. Very welcoming! The house was clean and fresh upon arrival, and the hot tub was warm and bubbling. Bright and airy with plenty of amenities. We immediately felt at home. Gorgeous lake view from the master bedroom! The owner is very pleasant to work with. He reached out a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and to make himself available if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return this summer!

Right for us

We needed to be close to family for a wedding, but not "in the way". It was so nice to return to a warm, quiet little cottage at the end of the day.

Relaxing cottage

Great Base for Water Sports

Was a great base for a fishing trip for 2 people. Easy access to lakes and rivers, and great fishing nearby. Enough space not to feel cramped and plenty to do nearby.

Cute cottage

We were in town for a football game and the cottage was exactly what was advertised. Kurt was great to work with. The house was very clean and had everything we could ever need and the view of the lake was beautiful!!!

We had a great stay. We loved watching the boats drive under the road and we loved the hot tub. He has a ton of tvs and it was just a cozy place! Very great find. Thanks for having us.

Great vacation home

Great lakefront house - it has all amenities of the house in small cottage feel version. There is everything you need, kitchen, updated shower, awesome sunrises and sunsets. Hot tub was a bonus :).

Perfect for the two of us

We decided last minute to get a house vs a hotel. We were unable to book day of so reached out to the host (who was amazing). He also couldn’t get us booked through app for day of but easily accommodated us. The stairs are a little narrow and steep but easily manageable. Traffic can be a little loud at times and the road not always easy to navigate but we’d still stay there again. Waking up to the view off the master made those cold mornings worth it. Would like to hopefully make our next visit in warmer months.

Cute vintage cottage

Charming little vintage cottage! We loved the location and the fire pit and hot tub was a great added bonus! Mattresses could use some updating but not totally uncomfortable and it could use a good deep clean. We did enjoy our stay and Kurt was a good host.

Great cottage

This is our third year staying here and we love it. Kurt is great and so helpful, we love talking with him. It is the perfect place for our family, we bring our boat, and have an absolutely amazing time. The two bedrooms and half bath upstairs are perfect for the kids, and you can't beat waking up with a view of the lake. We can't wait until next year!

Great stay and host

We had a great stay. Kurt made sure we had everything we needed. The home was cozy and just as pictured. It was great to have a dock for our boat. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Love this cottage

We absolutely love staying here, it is perfect for our family, so cute, Kurt is so helpful and nice. We were able to use the dock for our boat and it was wonderful to easily get on the water and be back at the cottage quickly. We can't wait until next summer and will definitely plan a longer stay!

Great cottage with a beautiful view

This is a great little cottage on Lake Portage. My family enjoyed fishing off the dock, relaxing in the hot tub, and roasting marshmallows over a bonfire. If you are looking for a quiet get away with a beautiful sunset, this is the place for you.

Lovely Stay on the Lake

The little cottage was perfect for our family of 4! The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for s’mores. The adults enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. We had a small issue with the blinds one day and Kurt happened to be outside and we asked him about it and he couldn’t have been nicer in helping us fix it. We’d highly recommend staying here!
