LÄSTA BYGGNAD PÅ STRANDEN !!!! Condo har 2 sovrum med 1 king size-säng på första våningen och 2 queen size-sängar på loftet, 2 badrum på varje våning och ett kök med ett nytt kylskåp. Mikrovågsugn, elspis, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, krukor, porslin, etc., tvättmaskin (ny) och torktumlare i enheten, ingår alla. Lanai veranda med vacker utsikt, särskilt med morgonkaffe eller te, 2 minuters promenad till stranden.
Säkert, inhägnad parkering finns på fastlandet, och du tar en färja för att komma till ön. det går vanligtvis varannan timme. Tillgångskoden till parkeringsplatsen kommer att ges 2 veckor före ankomst. De flesta butiker ligger 15 minuters bilresa från parkeringsplatsen. Publix (stormarknad) ligger 2 minuter bort. En massa restauranger ligger i närheten på fastlandet, från 2 minuter till 10 minuter med bil. Det finns inga affärer, restauranger eller butiker på ön, ENDAST på fastlandet. Det finns också en gemensam uppvärmd pool, rökare, samt en personlig grill. Rökfria och inga husdjur. Mer information tillgänglig på begäran. Golfvagn tillhandahålls som en höjd till våra hyresgäster med uthyrning endast. Observera om golfbilen händer att bryta under din vistelse kan vi inte erbjuda ersättningsvagn. Det finns hyra på ön som nästa alternativ.

Paradise

We love Little Gasparilla Island. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach.

Perfect location

Ivan was responsive and helpful in planning. It's perfectly placed closest to the beach. We love the Hideaway Bay complex and amenities provided: ferry, wagons, ice machine, pool. This unit is well-equipped and comfortable. Thank you!

Unit is a short walk to the beach with views of the gulf. Unit is updated and well maintained. Owner always responds right away. 5 stars!

The Hideaway Bay Beach condos are great! Ivan was prompt and kept in great communication with us before, during and after our trip. Wonderful views from their unit and we loved it!

A relaxing stay in a tropical paradise,!

Our stay was so relaxing and we loved looking for sharks teeth. The owners were wonderful and everything in the condo was beautiful and of high quality. We hope to stay there in the future. Thank you Ivan for letting us stay in your piece of paradise!!!

Perfect condo in paradise!

The condo was very very clean! The kitchen was fully equipped with all your needs including tupperware for leftovers! Ivan was an excellent host! He was guick to respond to all of our guestions. We would definitely stay in the condo again! Bring some extra paper products, trash bags and bathing suit your good to go! LOVE LOVE LOVE LGI!!!!!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at Ivan’s place. He is always very responsive to any questions prior and during the stay. The condo is perfectly located just steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were also beach chairs and beach towels available. The pool and boat dock is only a short walk. We bring our boat each year to Little Gasparilla and always have a great time with our two young kids. Thanks for the great stay again this year!!

Beach getaway

Enjoyed staying at this property on Little Gasparilla Island. It’s near the beach, quiet, and has all the amenities you could need for a getaway vacation. Listing accurately described the property except the provided golf cart is only for use on the condo property, which I didn’t know until after I booked. Quite a few codes to know and use. Free ferry to mainland and washer/dryer in unit were good to have available. Host responded promptly to questions. Overall very nice vacation property.

We enjoyed our stay on the island. Our host was excellent with communication and helped ensure we had a great vacation. Possibly the best location in the complex with a nice view of the golf. Would definately stay again.

Paradise on LGI

Excellent place, great views, very clean. We could have used some Tupperware for leftovers but we made due. We have been coming to LGI for years with my parents and now my own family and we love it every time! We def will be back again :)

Nice unit close to beach

Condo was clean and well equipped. Steps to the beach. This was our 3rd stay on the island in 5 years. Note this unit only has 1 television. I didn’t think to ask before booking and we were surprised when we checked in. It wouldn’t be a big deal, but I was traveling with all guys and another tv was needed at least upstairs. The weather was beautiful but we had a couple cloudy and cool days so we stayed inside. Not a big deal for some, but our party needed another tv in the unit. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great Getaway on Little Gasparilla Island

Island Fun

Our Condo was nice and very clean. It was cool and well equipped with whatever you needed. The ocean was close and it was beautiful. Family rented a boat and did some great fishing. We went to eat at the Marina and food was good. Great vacation week and no one wanted to go home.

Wonderful experience!

We were very impressed with everything about this condo. The location was perfect. The home was beautifully decorated in beach decor and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The owner was very responsive and communicated well and provided ample details. We hope to stay here again in the near future!

Great location and amenities

This unit has a view of the ocean and Is an easy walk to the beach. The golf cart provided made it very convenient to get to and from the pool and docks. The unit was clean and as pictured in listing. Highly recommend!
