Cozy Design Cinema Flat in Winskiez
In the heart of Prenzauer Berg, 65 sqm very quiet and stylish apartment for cinema and photography lovers in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, in the Winskiez.
Featured on Conde Nast Traveller in 2024, it is located few minutes away from Kollwitzplatz, the Soho House, Alexanderplatz and Mitte, and is a perfect base for long stays and those working from home đ€
The flat has Oak parquet throughout the place, as well as high speed WIFI.
I'ts on a second floor in a beautiful green very quiet courtyard.
As most buildings in Berlin it doesn't have an elevator but the stairs are confortable!
There is a spacious white bedroom with a double bed 1.6x2, with design furniture and a velvet chair, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large living room featuring a Danish Design Bookcase, collectors photography books, Tv, and also a movie projector.
DVDs are provided too, as it is illegal to stream or download pirate content in Germany, but you can of course use your own accounts of Netflix, Hulu etc.
The stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped (Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, boiler, mixer, toaster, oven, etc). and it has every tool to help you prepare a cozy dinner.
I bought my flat few years ago: I am often away for work, and it is then free for guests who come to visit Berlin and want to find a home.
I have hosted all type of guests: people coming for the Berlinale, architects, opera singers, fashion photographers, doctors, fashion designers, couples on their honeymoon, parents đ€
