Lägenhet på andra våningen i en helt ny byggnad, med stor balkong, alla moderna bekvämligheter och ett stort vardagsrum. Mycket nära Acton Tube Station som ger dig supersnabba länkar till Central London och London Heathrow.

Utvecklingen är mindre än ett år gammal så det är helt helt nytt och fungerar perfekt!

Det finns utrymme i form av en stor balkong / terrass och också ett gemensamt trädgårdsutrymme för alla att använda.

Rummen är ljusa och luftiga, rena och funktionella och lägenheten erbjuder allt du behöver.

Fullt fungerande kök med kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, kombiugn / mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin i full storlek, ugn och full uppsättning av porslin och matlagning.

Badrummet är stort och har badkar och dusch (med utmärkt vattentryck). Massor av färska, rena handdukar tillhandahålls.

Sovrummet har en stor dubbelsäng och en byrå för förvaring av dina tillhörigheter. Matta med mörkläggningsgardiner för att säkerställa en god natts sömn. Byggnaden är baserad utanför huvudvägen så det är också väldigt tyst!

Love the flat

My trip was so nice and easy staying at this flat. All the rooms are very open and spacious. The balcony was great for seeing the NY fireworks and Simon and Ingrid were fantastic hosts. Simon went above and beyond and always responded at a drop of a hat. Lovely people and lovely place to rent for long stays! Thanks again Simon and Ingrid. All the best till the next stay!

Great flat & location.

We stayed here for 5 nights in November. The flat was very easy to find and the location is perfect for our needs. The photographs are true to how you will find the flat, everything provided worked well, a comfortable, quality bathroom with a powerful shower over the bath, a fully functioning kitchen with more than enough appliances and utensils provided and a large, comfortable sitting room. The bedroom is a good size with plenty of storage for belongings. The mattress is maybe on the soft side, but that is just my personal preference. Having a balcony was nice too. The area felt safe and the flat very secure, with two secure entry doors and another at the entrance to the front door, it's on the second floor but lifts are available, stairways are carpeted so it feels homely. Acton Town tube is a couple of minutes walk away, on the District and Piccadilly lines, the London Overground is a few minutes in the opposite direction. There's a Sainsbury's around the corner & a few more shops around the station. We didn't meet Ingrid as she was away but Simon met us and was very helpful throughout our stay and was readily available for any queries. Also, as we had some work to do the flat was quiet for online meetings/study, the wifi works very well. We didn't use the TV but there were plenty of channels/options to choose from, including Netflix I believe. We will not hesitate to book again when we next visit London, recommend.

Good starting point to explore London

The apartment offers everything a visitor in London could wish for. The appartment is very well equipped, the location is quiet. The transport connection is excellent: the underground station is only 5 minutes away. A supermarket is only a few minutes away. Ingrid explained everything to us very well and was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Apartment

Ingrid's apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable . It is well located near Acton Town Station (about 5 min walk). A Sainsbury local about 300 metres away. Quiet streets. Ingrid was a very good communicator. Perfect stay.

Very good, affordable apartment.

This is a spacious well equipped flat, with the tube, buses not too far away. The buzzer to the flat from the front door needs to be fixed if a couple are renting or two keys supplied. The coffee table and two chairs are usable but need repair or replacement. They detract from otherwise very high quality accommodation.

Good option

A clean and comfortable apartment with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Very convenient to the tube and airport, with a Sainsbury's local (a pretty big one) nearby. Ingrid was prompt and accessible in communications.

Very nice flat.

We had a very nice time in London. Ingrid met us at the flat when we arrived. She showed us the ropes and gave us the keys. She was very helpful with her suggestions as well. Perfect for the 2 of us. Had a lift in the building and the building was very secure. Easily walkable to the tube which we used daily. The market is walkable as well. The tube ride to London was only about 35 minutes depending on where you want to go. There are a few restaurants near the flat which we ate at 3 of them. Persian restaurant was really good and the fish and chips place we did twice as it was yummy. We enjoy staying away from downtown to get the local flavor and this fits the bill. The flat has everything you need and is very comfortable. Bed was nice as we slept very good each night. Quiet neighborhood and only saw the neighbors once. We didn't want for anything. Thank you Ingrid for a great week!

Nice, modern, clean, quiet and convenient location

The apartment is very nice, very quiet, modern with all the required facilities in a very nice building. The place is conveniently located within walking distance from the tube (between Heathrow and central London). Ingrid is a friendly hostess who took good care upon our arrival.

Great Flat for London -Large, Like New, Quiet, Plenty of On-Street Parking

Ingrid's flat was just perfect for our London visit. Acton Town tube Station was nearby and a Sainsbury's Local grocery store just down the block met all of our needs. We had rented a car but didn't need to use it in London so having parking nearby was important to us and we never had to go far to find a unrestricted on street spot. Building is ultra secure but we didn't have any security concerns with the neighborhood so the building security was just a bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat to anyone visiting London.

Excellent Neat Flat

We needed accommodation walking distance from nearby family in Acton and Ingrid's flat was perfect. It had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/sitting room with small balcony, good size bedroom and excellent modern bathroom with shower over bath. Central heating was great. Ingrid was friendly and prompt and responded quickly to our enquiries re parking for visitors, etc. The flat is on the first floor, lift available, with secure entry using key fob. Ingrid met us on arrival for key handover and to run through household amenities and functions. We were very happy with her little flat and would definitely stay again on a future visit to UK. Many thanks Ingrid!

Wonderful apartment close to underground

This apartment feels brand new! Everything is very clean and in working order. Ingrid is an excellent host. Just be cognizant that the nearest tube is in Zone 3, and can take a bit of time to get downtown. However, it is walking distance to Chiswick, and there is lots to see around the apartment!

Nice Apartment in Convenient Location

Ingrid is a lovely, bubbly landlord, accommodating, quick to react, unobtrusive and made me feel welcome and at home. Apartment is clean, well appointed and warm. Neighbours are friendly..Nice balcony. The apartment is set within a recent development which has a 'young' vibe. Acton Town station is 5 to 10 mins walk away, South Acton station 5 mins, Chiswick Park station 5 to 10 minutes (similarly Chiswick Business Park). There were also plenty of buses nearby. Sainsburys local is 300m away, good gastropubs on Bollo Road,and Acton Lane .. and Chiswick High Road - 10 mins walk (and you can find most everything you need). Altogether a good experience and one that I would recommend,

Excellent apartment, clean, modern, quiet, good subway access

Apartment was well-equipped, modern, clean, quiet, light-filled, handy to subway station and a grocery chain-store. It was well-furnished and had every appliance you could possibly need. The owner was responsive and looked after the apartment and to our needs as tenants. We recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London, and would stay here again.

Great modern apartment location for London sightseeing.

Brand new building with modern facilities. 5minute walk to the tube. Very convenient to a grocery store, atm, and a restaurant. The apartment was very roomy with all modern amenities. Great balcony for lounging on after a long day of sightseeing. the owner was always available for questions , both prior to booking, and while there.

Wonderful Modern & Cozy Flat

My wife and I had an enjoyable 1 week stay; The flat is just about 500 m from the Acton Town tube station on the Piccadilly line - 20 mins to Heathrow to the west and central London to the east. The flat was equipped with all the modern amenities. Most importantly, the owner was very responsive to my numerous questions. Highly recommended !

immaculate comfortable apartment!

We had a great week staying in this modern 1 bedroom apartment ; it is well equipped and warm and comfortable. It is close to multiple tube stations , and especially is easy to access Heathrow airport - its on the direct Piccadilly line and so one doesn't have to go into the city at all. it is in a modern new development with elevators so would also suit folks with limited mobility . Great apartment!
