Welcome to a modern urban retreat located on the lower ground floor, where the open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects to a cozy living area. Cook up a storm with all the essentials, while the sofa invites you to unwind with a good book or a movie night. Natural light still filters through, enhancing the warm and airy feel.
Please note that construction works are taking place outside the apartment. While this may cause some noise or visual disturbance during the day, we want to ensure youâre aware in advance so there are no surprises.
The two bedrooms provide restful havens with plush queen and single beds and minimalist decor. A double sofa bed is also available for your comfort. Youâll find a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious brass fixtures, perfect for a refreshing morning routine. Storage is ample, ensuring a clutter-free stay. The mix of contemporary and vintage lighting adds a sophisticated touch throughout.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

This charming apartment is located in the central London neighbourhood of Pimlico. It is known for its beautiful, grid-like streets, grand Regency white stucco buildings and elegant garden squares, all planned by master builder Thomas Cubitt in the 19th Century. Bordering Belgravia, this conservation area blends old-world charm with modern amenities and is close to the River Thames, offering riverside walks and scenic views. Despite its central location, Pimlico provides a peaceful and quiet environment, a stark contrast to busier parts of London. It is well connected to other parts of London by Victoria Station, which serves the Victoria, District and Circle Lines. It is also close to Victoria Coach Station and Pimlico Underground Station.
A prime spot close to Victoria, there are great food and drink options surrounding the flat. Just around the corner, youâll find Artist Residence (all-day restaurant & bar), Pimlico Fresh (cafe celebrated locally for quick bites) and Cyprus Mangal (Turkish cuisine). Within 10 minutes walk, thereâs a wide choice, including Amie Wine Studio, the Thomas Cubitt pub, Dragon Inn Club (Chinese), Hatch for breakfast, and Chestnut Bakery.
Youâll also be close to Victoria's Market Halls, Tate Britain, Battersea Power Station, and the charming streets of Belgravia and Elizabeth Street, full of cafĂ©s, bakeries, and restaurants. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Please remove shoes when entering the property.
Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
